I'm afraid girls will notice it. I'm 17 and had sex with 3 girls so far. The last one gave me oral and every time she was going down to my sack, I avoided it and made her go back up. I could understand why you would be self conscious about this. If you do have sex, the girl should really be kind and if they are grossed out and wont have sex with you, then they are probably not someone to be in sexual relations with. Since you are my age, i wont really make this point long, but, sex is not something that you should be doing to often. It might be pleasurable, but it could really mess up you life if the girl were to get pregnant. Not to mention that it will probably mean more if it is with some one you really want to have sex with. yada yada yada, anyway, bottom line is a girl shouldn't have a problem with it, and if they do, they are not worth your time.

what happened? well at least you have a penis you can't really have sex with your balls, but if they ask I would tell them.. if they don't continue without them knowing about it :p

It's NOT a problem. One testicle can do the same as 2 testicles do included have children.

I suggest to have sex (no oral) the first time with a girlfriend so the next time that there is more confidence, you tell her that you would like a b/j but that you have just 1 testicle so she is aware of that.

There is nothing more or less gross at having 1 testicle over 2. The main idea of 2 is if one fail or is removed a male can continue to function normally, and shouldn't make you any less of a man than if you still had both. The main reason to tell in advance would probably more avoid the question out of curiosity during the fun time. Any one that makes fun of the situation and has a go at you about it is just shallow.
