I personally like borderlands 2 because it's a free roam game that split screen. Another plus of it is the diversity of guns and other things. Over all the game is great

Shooters usually suck and are the same thing over and over again, but some are different and actually of good quality.

Spec Ops: The Line is probably the best shooter ever, because it actually delivers a story that is different and worth playing.

With online multiplayer? Team Fortress 2, DUH. I'm named after a TF2 character.

I also see a lot of potential in BF4, it is starting to use more (OLD) Halo 4 like mechanics.
Yes we are talking power weapons. The Barret is one.
It also has a decent campaign from what I have heard.
It's also going to be easier to calculate bullet drop with the Recon Class,
And Support now has a grenade launcher.
A lot of things left unsaid, but they will be left so.

Halo series for me. Maybe Dead Space or Assassins Creed 3(Does it count?). Call of Duty has gotten kinda boring(Exception being Black Ops 1 and 20.

The shooting in spec ops the line was very repetitive and I honestly didn't like it. Once you had got to about the half way mark I kinda gave up on the game.

BF3 was done well even though I didn't like the servers system as you got "Crazy Admins".

Of course, CoD should have an honorary mention as they are one of the biggest FPS and with the revamp to Ghosts Engine then it should be good.

The latest Ghost Reacon is obviously a good shooter but after awhile it got too repetitive.

Ya dude its a rumor about a freaking dinaousar survival!! I'm so buying bf4 has it. It's probably gonna beat call of duty zombies by a land slide. And aperrently in one of the bf3 dlc's there is a peteryodactial ( the flying dinosaur) spotted at the end of the dlc so that might be a hint to bf4 we'll just have to wait and find out. Ace of spades
Call of Jurez Gunslinger (And all other Call of Juarez games)
Far Cry 3 and Blood Dragon (Both insane fun)
Spec ops the Line
BF3 and 4 (The 4 beta is great :) )

Battlefield 3 easily. I love OF: Dragon Rising for its realism and i cant wait to get my hands on Arma 3 (even if its more considered a simulator than a FPS)
