So I was listening to a guy on youtube tell his story about how he slipped up with his girlfriend. He and his gf's sister went to pick up presents for a b-day party and while on the way, the sister gave him a bj/hj/sex. He loved his gf so he called her and told her the truth.
When you're in a relationship, and you slip up, is it better to keep it quiet so that you can stay with your partner longer? Or be the responsible person and tell the truth, knowing that you will most likely break up?
Have you ever slipped up in a relationship and how did you handle it?

'Slipping up'. Nice, casual term that makes it sound like it's not nearly as awful as cheating really is.
If someone cheats, they should grow up and admit it. First, they're just lying to their partner if they don't which is a big no-no in the world of relationships and dating. Second, they're obviously not able to handle that relationship which leads to... third, if they really wanted to stay with that partner, they wouldn't be off doing something with someone else if their relationship is one they decided was monogamous (which is most common anyway).
I never have so that last bit is non-applicable.

Exactly what Jo says. Nothing gets me more upset then cheating. As far as i'm concerned, the cheater deserves everything they get. I've never done it and all i'll add is that the truth generally comes out eventually, so if you did cheat you're best to tell straight away.

In any relationship it is essential that both tell the truth to eachother. Honesty above everything.

In order for me to cheat, that would require TWO people to find me attractive.
You're kidding right?
