I'm 17 now and was 14 when my mom walked in on me. It was embarrassing for the both of us, she closed the door immediately but could still here me gasp. The next day she basically told me in private that it was normal, natural, healthy thing to do and that I shouldn't feel embarrassed about what I was doing, and I'm honestly glad it ended up that way.
