Medication and Dosage

I know it's NONE of my business what medication you may take and how much of it you take, but I'm just curious as to how much you guys/girls all use.
I personally take Vyvanse 70mg, which is the maximum dosage for Vyvanse, but I may be switching to Adderall 30mg soon.

I don't take any meds (no diagnosis, sigh) so I tend to just go with caffeine or sleep deprivation. Sleep deprivation is a little dicy though, less than 3 hours and I'm wired, more than five and I'm fallin asleep in class. Even 4 hours has mixed result.
