Lately i feel tired alot during day. When i wake up and eat after 2-3 hours i feel kinda tired... and then when i eat i feel refreshed but after again tired. I most of the day play PC games but that wasnt case before... i play co-op Saints Row 4 with friend and game is awesome but after a while i start to yawn and want to sleep?? What is this? Is this linked with puberty or what? Im 17 btw.

from what it sounds like you are getting 2-3 hours of sleep a night and that is just not enough you need to sleep more

You should reduce the time you spent playing PC (I know it's hard, I also love it). Try to do other activities that don't involve keep starring at a screen (reading, jogging...). Make sure you go to bed early and wake up early and try always to eat in the same hours (not too soon or not too late).

The only way you'll know for sure you're ok is to get yourself checked out by a doctor.

It may have something to do with puberty or it may not.
Is it hard for you to fall asleep and how much sleep do you usually get?
It's a known fact that teenagers in puberty have extremely screwed up sleep schedules naturally, but I take a natural melatonin pill to overcome this barrier. Something you may want to consider because they are relatively cheap and (in my experience) they help you sleep like a baby!

I'm going to move this to  General Hospital, I think you'll get better replies there.

I got my time screwd cuz i don't sleep at time when i should. I can't sleep so much idk why. I go to sleep at like 6pm and then wake early in morning at about 2am and maybe sooner. I just can't sleep that much.

I am often tired as well, and it was because of low iron. As far as I know, guys can have low iron though it's a lot more common in girls (basically bleeding out their iron every month) you can take some teen vitamins and it should help. I stopped taking mine cause they taste like vomit, but there are lots of different kinds you can try.

your playing too much and spending too much time infront of a screen. Exercise. it will make you alert and awake.

Youre sitting on your ASS the whole day thats why!!! go get some excercise before your metabolism goes down and you start getting clots and aneurysms

I've been having this problem, just not nearly as bad... There's times I can sleep NINE hours and about four hours after I get up my dad and I go somewhere, and I almost fall asleep in the car.

You can try taking some B-Complex. That will give you an energy boost.
