7 day challenge

im attempting the seven day challenge and i could use some help
for those who dont know its when a man goes seven days with out ejaculating.... (jack off or with a girl)
its difficult but i want to try so any advice?

I once went like 9 days without doing it, cause I never had an opportunity to. I was away on holiday, and sharing a room, so it was nearly impossible to do it, unless I went into the washroom.
Just avoid thinking about sexual stuff, and don't touch down there.

Dont touch yourself/look at it. Dont think of sexual things, or other things that turn you on. Stay away from good looking girls, occupy yourself with movies, music, tv shows. Spend more time with family.
