Dependent upon the individual's definition of virginity. Generally, though, one loses their virginity when they first have sex, so no, masturbation wouldn't count.

Not really the actual def. of virgin is virgin - a person who has never had sex. So Masturbating dosnt mean you have lost you virginity but some peole count virginity is if you have ever ejaculated before but in that case if you have a wet dream (very common in teens) you practicly lose your virginity to a dream.
