Thought I might get a thread going on here with a collection of everyones different gym programs and their uses, I'll kick it off with my own...
Its a weightlifting program with compound exercises that works most muscle groups in one session, very good for beginners or people who dont get the gym 4/5 times a week to do separate muscle groups in each session
Bench - (Everything is 3 sets unless specified)
Squats
Pull up/Chin up - (Until Failure for beginners)
Deadlift
Hamstring Curls
Rows
Upright Rows
Reverse flys
I finish it off with some core and ab work. No vitamins or supplements for me, just eat properly.
