Shoulder is hurting

My shoulder is killing me right now. I'm having the pain run up and down my shoulder and arm all day today and now it feels numb.

I think I might have twisted it the wrong way idk.

Does anybody know what this means?

which arm, left or right? because i know if you get that in the left arm and shoulder that its a symptom of heart attack. but i would say most likely you have just pulled a muscle or something like that.

Oh for God's sake, he's not going to have a heart-attack at 13. You've most likely pulled a muscle by sleeping on it the wrong way or straining it somehow. Try some Anti-Flamme or Deep Heat, you'll be fine.
