Simply go here and create the group

You need 500 posts and to be a member for 3 months.

You need 500 posts and to be a member for 3 months.

To add, if you really want a group now, you can find a member who meets these requirements to make the group, and then have them transfer over ownership of it once you reach 3 months/500 posts.
