Few questions...

I feel that my penis is the same length as it has been sence i was 12. Could it be that I havnt grown yet?

For a while when i jerked i wasnt able to cum, then i started to be able to cum when i was 17 and a half. I am now 18 and a half and i have never been able to jerk for more than 1-3 mins. I always here people jerking for like 5-30 mins...

I feel that i have grown partialy, like my balls have dropped but my penis hasnt grown yet, is that possible?

Just sounds like you're a little late. You may grow a little more. On the timing thing, that just comes with practice, as you will have little control in the early days.

You should see a doctor. It sounds like you just started puberty very late, but see a doctor to rule out any hormonal issues or other medical problems.
