Hi, so anyways I used to go out to parties and be quite social able I had my best friend who was a chick and we were basically only talked to each other. I moved away probably 8-9 weeks ago near where I usero live before hand. And ever since then no one has talked to me, not even my best friend has messaged me in weeks, I fail to talk to many people at school. I still get extremely nervous walking around. I probably have like 2-3 people that I like and I fell as if I don't want to make friends though. I don't talk to people to my eyes are losers and I don't talk to I suppose bigger groups of people, so basically I'm a musician who talked to no one, I also have mood swings and get quite upset every night, and basically I do drugs to try and make me feel better, but I've always done that for years. Do I have some sort of depression or anything because I don't talk to anyone about stuff like this ? I never leave the house and just feel like schools dragging me down really, can some one please explain ?

If you feel like it's becoming a serious issue you should seek medical advice, or maybe you just need to find a really good friend who you can talk to about things and have an understanding with, not taking to people about feeling low is pretty much the way to make yourself feel worse. You're only 16 so your hormones will still be running riot giving you the moodswings and such but it's nothing out of the ordinary, I think you just need to talk to people more and quit the drugs.

I agree with what Nat says, but I would also add that you may have a form of depression that (and i can't remember what it's called) where you are depressed because of a new lifestyle and stuff like that. But what I would suggest is if this becomes ongoing and doesn't improve, you do seek medical advice. Something as simple as talking about your feelings could even be helpful.
