So yeah some of you told me i have to work really hard to "get better" and some of you agreed with and there was also the post that p/o'd me that said man up,seriously? And fyi adult is just a word for overgrown child. Anyways uhm..ill take some of your words into consideration...maybe..idk..uh so yeah its august and has it gotten worse..hmm depends,is turning off your emotions good or bad?idc since.i dont really feel.its still a work in progress since im still feeling minor sadness anyways all i care about now is basically coffee,smoking ,partying and being reckless so i can feel alive,so hows that for "it gets better"?

One can never truly shut off their emotions. Humans are emotional beings and the phrase, "man up," is one I hate because toughness aside how does that help someone who is hurting? Anyway, I will be praying for you! I know it seems like things won't get better and that the people who it will are lying are speaking air but either way just know that it will and can be good or neutral depending on how you perceive it. 'turning off' your emotions to any degree is harmful to your mind, you shouldn't run from how you feel even if it is pretty low. It gets better when you have hope it will, if you're going to keep staring down a black hole that's all you're gonna see.
