Getting a tattoo

I want a tattoo so bad, but I don't want people to think of me badly. What are your thoughts on tattoos? I would get one that could be covered by a t-shirt. Also my aunt is a famous tattoo artist so I know she is trustable. So any thoughts?

I really loke tattos. I would get one if i could on my wrists saying 'Carpe Diem'. Why would someone think of you badly if you have a tatto? Its your thing, it has a meaning for you (i hope).

Where i live only when we are 18, but by the age of 16 if your parents allow it you can make one.

As far as people thinking badly of you, don't worry about that. If they base their opinion of you on whether or not you're inked or not, you don't need them in your life anyway.

Haha thanks guys! Finaly some people who think its cool! My parents dont mind thank God! And i plan to when im 18 although i can at any age with parents permision. They wpuldnt let me do it though under 18.

I love tattoos. Because I'm going into law enforcement all of mine are not visible with clothes. So when I'm at work(as a lifeguard) or just take my shirt off a lot of people I know are surprised because no one ever thought that I'd be someone who's covered in tattoos.

Don't worry what others think of your ink. My base for thought is, would it be appropriate if you had a child and they ever saw it.

I would love a tattoo... I really don't know why people think tattoos or bad. For my first I want like a cancer crab (zodiac sign), stingray, or parrot tattoo. Don't worry around what other people think, they'll get used to it. Also who's your aunt is she really famous? Like Kat Von D famous? Just curious.

I think people only look poorly on tattoo'd people when they have a whole lot of them all over them. If you want a tat, go for it, screw what others think. Just please. Don't be one of those people who get tats of random junk, get something meaningful, that way when someone asks you why you got it you have a meaningful story behind it rather than "oh I just thought it looked cool".
I simply got one as a memoriam to my deceased friend, bam. It's meaningful and It has a story behind it.

People will only think badly of you if it's a bad or trashy tattoo.

If you decide to get one, I'd recommend you get it in a place that can be easily hidden. Some employers won't hire people just because they have a visible tattoo. Tattoos are unprofessional, especially in the business world.

i don't really like big tats on girls but little ones are nice
on boys samoan and maori ones look epic though :)
