Hi everyone,

I'm 16 and I participate in swimming during the spring and summer, as well as Chinese martial arts throughout the year. I wasn't worried about my body when I was swimming, but now it's fall and I barely exercise. If I do these exercises at home ~3 times a week will it make a difference (size wise)?

Jump-rope for 10 minutes
Crunches: 3 sets of 30 seconds
Pushups: 3 sets of 30 seconds
Trisep dips: 3 sets of 30 seconds
Arm curls (use my backpack with textbooks lol): 3 sets of 30 seconds for each arm

I eat as healthy as I can, although sometimes I overindulge, and I drink plenty of water

Thank you!

If you're worried, the Stronglifts 5x5 program is a really good program for muscle building. Doing a few crunches, or even 100 crunches won't make you develop abs. You have to do at least 4 different ab exercises and have a good, clean, healthy diet.

instead of setting a time set a number like i do:
2 sets of 300 for jumprope
2 sets of 25 half-crunches with my feet on a couch
5 sets of 10 push-ups
2 sets of 100 stairs[runing up 1 stair then backing down]
dont try these numbers...try water feels good for u then build up
and run a 1/2 mile
every day....i take 1 break every month
