When telling if a guy is gay/bi, there's really no way to know. Some people give off the "vibe," but this can be misleading.

It really depends on the guy... Find a guy that you like and get along with and see where it goes, throw in a playful wink or a suggestive joke and see how he reacts. Hope that helps :D
