I have plenty of friends but I feel lonely.. im a very angry person secretly im one of those those people that puts up with a lot of crap and takes it out on the dry wall at home (trying to stop cause I know thats no way to be) im so quiet people keep inviting me places but all I do is sit there in the corner a make a comment every so often. I down my self a lot actually blurted out I dont deserve to live before. I know a big reason is I was sexually abused when I was in kindergarden more than once but nobody knows so they just think I down myself for the heck of it.. i feel. Sometimes I feel like a waste of everyones time and sometimes I have a hard time actually liking people

Please don't feel that way. I know it's hard. In your situation, I know. I don't want to get into further explanation but please know that nothing is wrong with you. You don't always have to keep it in. You can tell your friends to back off a little from you but real friends stay no matter what you say to them and I do think that you need someone to talk to. Just a friend would be nice. And you can talk to a doctor too with your past. I know how you feel.......

I agree with Versae, it's very easy to hate people after what has happened to you but you have to try and look at them in a different light, a lot of people do suck and that's because they're people, they aren't perfect and anyone that tries to drag you down couldn't be further from the word perfect.
I don't blame you for feeling the way you do about people, and I do understand your anger, I went through years of doing that to an extent, I even took my anger out on people physically, it's no way to live at all, but it is possible to get better.
Keep fighting, don't give up, there's always a light at the end of the tunnel even if everything feels so dark :hug3:
