well im cut and im 13 and i am woundering if there is a way to get 4skin replaced cuz if i had the choice to be cut or uncut i would wanna make that choice adn yeah i know all the responsibilys of havin a cover and would i have sum 1 elses skin??? an what would the cost be?

There is a way, not involving plastic surgery, but it does involve a lot of commitment. It isn't dangerous, but only the structure is restored, not nerve endings or anything. It takes like a year-plus. If you're still interested:

There are also surgeries, but they are more dangerous and results are more middling.

If I were you, I'd just be happy with what you have. There's nothing wrong with a cut penis. I'm "pro-choice" on the matter too, but you have what you have. If I were cut, I'd just be glad that I have a functioning penis that I can get pleasure out of. Even if restoration would actually makes things better, it'd be going from really good to slightly more really good, and I'm not sure that's worth the effort.

Be happy with what you have, if you can, I say. If it really does bug you enough, though, the option is always open.

No once the foreskin is cut off it will never come back. You can't have an operation to put it back on and get somebody else's foreskin

actually you can get foreskin restored. You can't have a transplant for someone elses, but surgeons use extra skin from other parts of the body for things like this and other operations that require extra skin.

the cost? of surgery? umm how about you talk to your parents about your problem first :P

Foreskin restoration can be done as zach said but...its painful/costly so its not really worth it because it doesnt always look nice.

When done right, non-surgical restoration is painless. But it takes like a year of wearing a device most every year. There have been a half-dozen or so people on GovTeen to have done it...but, damn, that's more effort than I'd be willing to go through.

They're all quite happy with it, though.
