My testicles have little bumps on the top of them and it feels like there's some sort of long material attached to them I was wondering if this was normal or not ?

the long material attached is called the epididymis as for the lumps you better get them checked out by a Dr.

It is very hard to diagnose your problem just by that description, but i would recommend you look up a diagram of a testicle and maybe that will answer your questions. I don't however mean to get you in any kind of trouble so if you cant look up the diagram then tell your parents about the problem. If the issue does seem abnormal in any way always tell your parents.

I recommend getting the lumps on your testicles checked out...in very rare cases, lumps on testicles can be cancerous and it is more common in guys in their teens and their 20s. When doctors "feel" your testicles during physicals, they are actually checking for this problem.

Actually testicular cancer in your teens and 20's is very uncommon. It is actually more common in men that are age 55+.
For the OP, I recommend getting the lump(s) checked out by your doctor! I have a lump on one of my testicles that I had checked by my doc and it turned out to be harmless. Better be safe than sorry though! :)

I would be inclined to get them checked by your doctor. Its probably absolutely fine, but he can stop your worrying and teach you how to check them yourself. The only other thing would be to ask your dad but then unless hes a doctor he maybe wouldnt be sure.

I had a cyst on my testicle last year, it felt like a zit under the skin. I was embarrassed, but I did show it to my mother and went to the doctor's and got x rays and it turned out to be nothing serious and the cyst was removed. Tell your parents and have it checked by a doctor.

From your description it sounds like you are feeling the epididimus but as others have suggested look up an image and see if that matches what you are feeling. Also lookup testicular self examination. If after that things don't seem right see your doctor.
Also check back how things feel to see if things are changing. If there is anything wrong change can be more of a clue that what things feel like on any one occasion.

nope there are higher rates in teens and yound adults, youre probably thinking of prostate cancer
as for the OP, well your testes are connected to various tubes and such, you know to transport blood and semen, as for your condition i think youre fine but if you feel uncomfortable go to the doc

We all think "Lump = cancer" and panic. Yet, the chances of being diagnosed with cancer as a young teen...even the ones more common in teens... are only slightly better than the chances of being struck by lightning. Especially in the absence of any other symptoms.
What you've felt is normal! There's a cord that attaches the testes to your body, at the top is a knot where they attach to the testes themselves.
