Do you have a strage feeling after jerking off when standing(ex in shower) like you need to vomit(but I don't) and you are dizzy?This is what happens to me.Most of the times I do it when staying on the chair and everything is fine.

You might just be dizzy from how you're breathing and during an orgasm you're probably clenching a lot of muscles while standing so when you're done, your body is trying to get blood from your lower body to your head and it's harder to do that when you're standing.

That means it would be less likely to happen laying in bed where most muscles are relaxed.

I am sure how hard the digestive system was working before the blood was diverted has an effect too so this is more likely to happen just after a meal rather then just before one.
