i just cut myself 23 times on my stomach, after 2 years of no self harm. i need help

If you made it 2 years, you can do it again. Get ride of your blades. Do you know why you cut? Was it depression or something else?

As for stopping again, get rid of your blades, do the butterfly project, Read, exercise, draw on yourself with a red pen instead of using a blade. There are many ways :)

i had a very severe panic attack and mental breakdown yesterday. i think that is what made me start. what is the butterfly project and how will it help.

the butterfly project is when you draw a butterfly on your body, where you self harm. Inside the butterfly you write the name of someone you care. You have to let it be. If you cut, the butterfly and person die. if you rub it off in the shower or otherwise the butterfly and person die. you can have as many butterflies as you need. May seem weird without actually doing it, but it does help.

Relapses happen, it's only natural. So don't feel guilty about it. That's just for starters. Secondly you should get rid of the blades or whatever you used to do the deed. After getting rid of your "tool", you could try the butterfly project as Castle of Glass suggested. That might be the best idea. Or you could fight the urge to fall back into the addiction by trying to figure out exactly what happened that triggered it all. Think really hard, and talk to someone about it. You can always VM (visitor message) someone (especially me) on here or you could talk to someone in real life.
