As someone who has been both ways I feel that I am in a unique position to comment on this.

Being uncut was great. No lube needed, natural sliding motion. never got too dirty because I would rinse in the shower. Was super sensitive.

Being cut is great too. All of the sensor parts are "open" to be be stimulated all the time. Always super clean. Is sensitive, and all sexual activity feels great.

Honestly both ways are great in their own ways. I don't really have a favorite.

Im uncut and when i was about 11 or 12 and pulled the foreskin right back the glans was sometimes painfully sensitive. But it has got less sensitive in that i can touch it and wash it without going ouch now i'm older. I dont know about a difference between cut/uncut because ive never experienced both.
