So I'm sure we've all hit that wall before... I'm getting kind of stir crazy listening to music lately -- I need to stumble across something new to spark my interest -- anybody have any music suggestions?

Well, what type of music do you like because there is so much out there, I'd recommend No Phone - Cake (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QT1wOS1v97I) to absolutely anyone though.

To be honest I can't see why anyone would not like TesseracT.

Skyharbor perhaps?

Also Karnivool.

These are bands I'd recommend to everyone because they are all amazing, especially TesseracT.

I'm not sure what you're into, but I never get tired of this guy. (http://m.youtube.com/#/playlist?list=PLFCAB819DF6F885B9&desktop_uri=%2Fplaylist%3Flist%3DPLFCAB819DF6F885B9)

This is one of his more well known albums, and a good one if you're just finding out about him. Softer music with some decent messages behind it. Give him a shot.

He's also known for his...less serious songs as well.

I don't know if your too into Hip Hop or anything but here's some rap suggestions. This isn't normal "money, hoes, cars, drugs" rap, its truly poetry and good storytelling narratives. If you can tolerate a few cuss words here and there you should enjoy some of these songs...

Nas- "The World Is Yours", "N.Y. State Of Mind Part 2", "Nas Is Like", "One Mic", "NY State Of Mind", "The Message", "If I Ruled The World", "Stillmatic Intro", "Daughters"

Immortal Technique: "Dance With The Devil", "You Never Know", "Harlem Streets", "Leaving The Past", "Caught In A Hustle"

Chino XL: "Nunca", "Wordsmith", "Talk To You", "Cant Change Me", "Kreep",

2pac: "Do For Love" , "Aint Mad At Cha", "Keep Ya Head Up", "Dear Mama"

Common: "Resurrection", "Testify"

Old Jay Z "Dead Presidents 1"

Outkast: "Ms Jackson", "So Fresh So Clean"

Old Kanye: "Through The Wire", "Heard Em' Say", "Homecoming

Hope this helped a bit, I'm trying to widen my playlist too, do check out Immortal Tech,Nas, and Chino though..
