you are most probably in the process of being able to cum properly, that is white/yellowish cum that adults produce. but your probably not quite there yet which is why some is still clear.

The white/yellow is normal. See you pee through the same hole as you cum through so cum can sometimes be tinted due to leftover urine in the urethra (passage that cum and pee go through). This is completely normal and happens to both adults and teens. It even happens to teens that can't produce cum that's white - clear cum can still catch urine during orgasm, resulting in a yellowish tint when you clean it up with a tissue.

Sometimes having a yellow tint happens more than other times, and I noticed that it happens less with me when I wash before I jack off.

zack basically answered the question ^^^^ but the way your saying it, it sounds like your precumming before the orgasm and then cumming at the orgasm, and your precum just isnt picking up the urine as it goes.
