Shaving Myth or Fact?

Is it true that if a person shaves their body hair to be groomed and neat it comes back like within the next day and if not does grow back thicker, darker, and quicker each time versus alternative methods? I am asking this because I never shave, I have used Nair Hair Removal Cream and it works but it is cumbersome and I do not use it often so I was wondering about shaving now.

Any thoughts?

It's a myth. I think it somewhat happens the first time though because at first the hair is kind of light colored and soft.

If my hair has become anymore thicker or darker it's not from shaving but from getting older.

Yes the more u shave like ur chest hair for example it will grow back fast an darker everytime u shave

Well, I've noticed it's Faster and Thicker and Darker with my face.

It's darker and a little thicker with body hair but its not faster.

Since the comments show mixed results, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that shaving is different for some as in for some the hair comes back thicker and darker each time and for others it doesn't. Fair?
