With R&D being a very active part of the site, and many people having experiences and answers that successfully change people's relationship statuses for the better, I think that these solved issues should be stored in an archive so people may look to it for a bit more answers to their problems. There's a LOT of duplicate questions in that section, and I think that this would help tone that down.

Okay let me rephrase that  How many members actually look in there for answers instead of making their own thread? Even you said before that people are allowed to make their own threads with similar questions, if I'm not mistaken.

Well you have to remember, P101 isn't exactly...the most...yeah.
P101 is different though. It's so limited as far as what you can ask about. Unless you have some unfortunate, supermassive defect, the topic will almost always be about 8 inch penises at age 7 and sexual activity.
R&D can be much more complex, and everyone's experiences can assist in some way, regardless of the original question.

Yes, but everybody's situation is different, so not one way to deal with your issue exists.

The overall situation may be different, yes. But there's always a root problem that blocks you from solving that issue yourself.
Shyness, family disapproval, separation, heartbreak, etc. At least one of these are always an issue that needs to be resolved in order to solve a relationship problem. The situations don't need to match, just the root, and how people dealt with that root. Any response that gives advice on fixing that internal issue could be stored in the archive.

But then what happens when they go into thinks with false confidence? Not everyone's reaction to the same things are similar, so the advice could be flawed from the start.

While it sounds like a good idea I do think it won't stop anyone from creating 'duplicate' threads, as has been said every situation is different and while the first post might seem incredibly similar as the story potentially unfolds it could turn out quite differently

I agree with Nat. Although your idea has merit in theory, in practice it's impractical. I mean, in P101 we can tell everyone barring extreme cases that between the ages of 10 and 20 their penis will grow larger or their boobs will get bigger etc etc. In R&D everyone's situation is different, the variables differ and the reality is that nobody's love life is the same and I believe each person with a legit question deserves the opportunity to ask for help individually.
