Hi everyone
My situation is that my parents wake me up wayyy to early, indirectly.
I.e. every morning my mom blasts her worship music at 6:00. I have not slept well this whole summer?
Even my dad, he wakes up early for no reason sometimes, starts making breakfast, but I kid yu not he sounds like he's throwing the plates idk he makes so much noise just cooking eggs. AND my dad makes it impossible for me to sleep earlier because he watches tv and eats his dinner like at 11-12 at night, HE COOKS A PIECE OF CHICKEN LIKE IRON CHEF.
Please help, I'm starting to believe they've stunted my growth because this has been going on for years.

Ear plugs and naps- that's my advice. And if that doesn't work, talk to your parents and tell them that they're being too loud, which has caused trouble sleeping.
It's unlikely that your growth has been stunted by lack of sleep.

Try getting a fan and sleeping with it on high. It may take a while to get used to it, but it'll drown out most of the noise.

Tell your mom to get headphones and tell your dad to have a granola bar to satisfy himself until a good time to be an iron chef. :)

Take naps during the day.

Get some JVC marshmallow earbuds, and listen to music. That's what I do (I share a room with my two younger siblings and my mom just had a baby.)
11pm-midnight? My night's just starting then!
