Should I worry about 'saving myself' for the right girl?

On one hand I feel like waiting to have sex with someone I love is the right thing to do but on the other I dont really want to miss out on having casual sex with beautiful girls. I am not religious and dont really think it is necessary to wait until marriage but I do believe that you should love that person.

I had decided that I was going to wait, but hearing my friends talk about their hot screw last night and the guys on TV having so much fun with it... I dont know I'm kind of confused about what I should do now.

What do you guys think I should do?

To me, it sounds like you want to have sex, but you're afraid you'll regret it.
My advice is to save yourself for a girl you truly love. If you have casual sex with some girl, you might regret it for a long time.
It's just not necessary to take that risk. Just wait for the right girl, and you'll be glad you did.

You should wait till the one you love. There are pros and cons of it, one being it wasn't what you expected/disappointed, other it was worth it in the end. Personally I wouldn't care, it's just knowing me if I wait to have sex with someone I love... I would just feel like it was just a waste of time, especially if we break up.

It is your choice if you really want to wait, or if you don't want to pass up opportunities. Personally, though I'm not going to have one night stands every week, I think if I wait I could be missing a lot of opportunities that could have had a lot of potential. Is the first time you have sex really a big deal? That's up for you to decide. Just don't do it because your friends are, or because you saw a misleading ad or show on TV.

Partialy yes, partialy no. YES it will be more special if you find this one perfect girl and if u think this is likely to happen I would fully bet on waiting. then NO becouse it is not very likely that you will find the perfect girl anytime soon or maybe ever, there are a lot of great girls out there do not get stuck to long on the thought of finding the "perfect" girl for you becouse there is ( to my opnion) not such a thing as a perfect girl. Again this is only my opinion do plz not take this as fact, this is all from my field-experience.

I'm with James on this one. Guys lie, TV isn't reality. Doing anything based on either isn't usually a good idea.

Why don't you wait until some opportunity arises and see how you feel?
