can your voice crack for a period of time.. then stop cracking for a long time.. and then start cracking again?? what does it mean?

yes it can.
it means that your voice box is going through another period of rapid growth, and that your brain can't naturally adjust to it that fast (that's how it is for everybody), so it's harder to control your voice.
It also means that your voice will be even lower.

as for your voice, it can change and crack a lot during puberty. i don't think its strange that it stopped and then started again. thats just the way puberty goes.
