extremely bad mood swings

i like shift moods almost instantly one second i'm happy then all of a sudden i'm about to cry or i just get angry and also i'm very paranoid and i'm constantly thinking people are talking about me and i get like real anxious sometimes for no reason then i get scared what in the world is goin on with me

but have you ever heard of something called the naturapath. i have no idea how to spell it. well its kinda like the doctors. but they dont use antibiotics or anything, they use natural things. like leaves and things. anyway. what they do is they look into your eyes. and they can tell you exactly what they are feeling and whats going on. maybe your hormones are like out of wack or something. because i went there once and that i kinda simmilar to what we happeneing to me. and she told me eveyrthing i was feeling form just looking into my eyes.

they will make you up like a natural mixture. and it really works.

maybe give that a thought.

Sounds like you could be dealing with Bipolar disorder, how quickly does it take for you mood to change? Is it a thought that causes it? Or does it just happen? We can really only try to diagnose you so much online so you should talk to your doctor because he can give you an accurate diagnoses and get you the medicine you need.

sometimes i think of stuff but usually its just sudden and out of nowhere

i don't know any doctors and besides online i'm not really a person that would walk up and tell you how I feel

Do you have a local Clinic? the doctors there are 100% confidential just go talk to one of them.

Call the clinic and ask about it it may be possible but I am pretty sure they will want to see you in person, call them though.
