I see no problem with jewellery on any part of a man or woman. I may not like what it looks like, but I won't judge an individual for what they enjoy wearing.

If it's doing no harm (psychological, because some get worked-up with certain fashion for some reason), then it's fine.

I do have some objection in that it should be symmetrical with the same earring on each ear, but that's my OCD. And I'd find it a bit strange to look at. But it's their body and should be able to do anything they want with it. It's the stranger things that set new levels in society :).

Where I live, only gay guys who want to show off their sexuality do that. Not being rude, that's just what it means here.

I like it when they're on both ears. But I only like earrings on guys if its a diamond stud (like those Big ones).
