Unless you want to stay awake for the entire week you don't have much choice, like John said they happen as a subconscious level and aren't really avoidable.

i started masturbating at a relatively late age. not because i was never horny, it's just complicated. but anyway, i started having a ton of wet dreams to the point that it was getting ridiculous. ever since i started masturbating (roughly 5-6 times per week) i haven't had a single wet dream. so maybe masturbating will be your cure.

Why would you want to save your cum/ejaculation for a week.
That long doesn't make your ejaculations more forceful or increase the volume of your semen.
Try at most two days and then when you masturbate, try edging as long as possible.. You will be surprised
