Should I go for it?

There is this guy doing the same university course as me and this semester he sat next to me and he and I were joking around making fun of the lecturer because he was annoying...

Anyways them jokes turned into playful punches, pokes and longing looks into each others eyes. And by the end of that day, i dont know how, i dont know why but i fell for him, which is weird because I have no emotions when it comes to guys.

The next week I couldn't wait to see him because we were flirting and it made me happy when nothing else could. During one of the lectures, one of his friends pointed out that we were a cute couple and we had "young love" which was weird, because i never told anyone I liked him..

The week after his friends and my friends got involved talking to him about me and since then he hasn't acted the same way with me again. I don't know if he likes me or if I should set my self up for heart break but all I know is that he is the only person I want in my life and it is driving me crazy. What should I do? Should I talk to him about it? should I tell him i like him? or should i just give up?

Now, extending and adding to Myles advice I would say yes to talking to him. Seeing as you guys have uni together I would say to talk to him in one of your classes or walking somewhere by yourself and just state your feelings. Possibly on the lines of "Hey, I just wanted to say that after these classes talking to you I really enjoyed it and I have feelings for you" And then some love sparks may happen, and I am sorry if they sounded grammatically correct, a bit tired. And if you really wanted to hold off and get to know him better then sure do that, or get to know him better in a relationship.

maybe he just flirts - could be he does not want a relationship - maybe try and get to know him or just hang out together as friends
