Does anyone know someone who will do tattoos on minors? I'm 17 and want to get a fairly small tattoo on my ankle. My dad is the type of person to not let me do something, but will like it once I do it. :rolleyes:

why don't you just wait a year, lol. and try not to disobey your parents too much.

Just wait a year. That way you won't have to go to a sketchy artist and end up with a bad tattoo, plus you'll have more time to plan and get exactly what you want.
