Today, actually some hours ago, I was at this bar with my friend. Lots of people, but that doesn't matter.
I was looking at this girl, our distance was about 1 meter, and she was looking at me. We looked at each other more than 20 times.
BUT, she was with 2 of her girl friends.
The thing is, I was too afraid or too shy to go talk to her, because of the other two girls. And the thing is, I saw her talking to them and they looked at me.
Then they left. I was kinda angry with myself. After some time we left as well.
Then, 40 minutes later(we had gone for a walk) I saw her again! And we looked at each other, then she turned her head to her girl friend and laughed. I laughed as well.
It is kinda weird, but... any suggestions? I feel such an idiot!

Go up and talk to her. Start a conversation (say hi, ask how her days going, etc.) try to become friends. Just don't go too fast, or it might not work out...don't go to slow either.

Next time you see someone that you like, go up to them and make small talk, ask her for her number, and continue talking to her so she'll be comfortable enough to go out with you.

Yeah, but the thing is the two girl friends. More people = makes me more anxious. :x I want to get over this. Thinking "screw them all and go for the girl" doesn't help. xD

You can't let other people get in the way like that. It's basically the same as turning away if another patron that had nothing to do with anything just walked behind you. They were irrelevant, and unless they interfered with you trying to talk to her with good reason, they weren't worth a potential friendship there.
Next time you're in a situation like this, just go up to her regardless if your surroundings. Even if those surroundings are two, giggling girls who have nothing to do with their friend's social life or yours.

if ya know her, talk to her.
if ya don't, if ya see her again, introduce yourself. :)

If you see her again the approach her, you shouldn't care about her friends being there, just imagine they are not there and focus on her.
