By the skin of my teeth, because the uni messed up, but I called them just in time and got my place! I'm excited to start studying games design in September :bounce:

how did things go for everyone else? ^-^

Earlier this year I got into a program where I am completing my final high school credits on the campus while taking a couple semestered university courses. It was completely unexpected and I thought I would have to go back for another year of high school but it just sorta fell into place. So I'm just telling people I'm going to university. Bonus, the high school board pays for the two courses I'm taking and any books so it's almost like a part-time first year for free.

I will have to re-apply for the university the same as any high school student at the end of the year though.

Niiice! Congrats!

My process was pretty easy; I applied in the winter, heard back from most of the schools by late spring, had a decision by mid-June, and finished all the paperwork stuff within the past week. I move in on August 30 and class starts September 3.

Congratulations!! Game design is also one of the things I'm looking at.

Well, had a minor setback but alas it's nothing major, I'm now not going until next year because screw ups happen, but hey ho, at least I'm in.. now I'm thinking of going back to college for a year :)

I did well in my a2's and im gonna do a third year so I can get onto the degree I really want come next year :')
