Come to think of it I think I'm around 8 months since I last self harmed, but I can't pin my finger on the exact time other than it was before February, so 8 months sounds good to me, I've had my ups and downs with temptation but I haven't given in, it's not quite the year+ I managed in the past, but I'm getting there, it is possible to beat this :)
