if someone has acne does it turns you off?

Depends on. If it's too much, it can be pretty ugly. But if only a few of them, I even like to squeeze them lol.

It's not a very nice thing to have but no, it's not a turn off because that's very shallow.

If there are loads it can be, but a few spots is normal, especially for teenagers going through puberty so no its not really a turn off
