I'm a 16 year old guy and I used to be able to get off thinking about anything (ANYTHING!). But now for some reason in my mind I have to be in love with that person or pretend to be someone who is in love. The person that I'm I love with in the fantasy is very vague, no one in particular(or a celebrity). I can still get hard easily but now most of the time I can't 'finish' until I have this fantasy.
What does this mean? Is it normal? Is it just a phase?
