Is there any way to put a GIF in you signature or anywhere in you bio ?

Yeah. You just upload a .gif the same way you would do a regular image and place your text around as you see fit. Same case for avatars I believe.

You can't use img tags in signatures, so you have to upload a signature pic. Go to Edit Signature (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/profile.php?do=editsignature), scroll down and upload a picture. Then you can put in which inserts your picture (don't put anything in between).

As for pictures in your "bio", I assume you mean avatars or profile pics:
