I haven't developed sperm yet and I was wondering, do guys masturbate more or feel hornier when they do?

I could jizz from an early age (10), so was just kinda thrown into it from nothing. I've read on this site hat some boys have had "dry orgasms" before going through puberty, and could do it almost continuously. Once started, you usually need a rest of at least an hour or so. This sums it up perfectly. I was the same, except I first noticed I could ejaculate at 11, when I first masturbated.
