how old are you? you may not be developed enough to ejaculate yet. thats nothing to worry about, you will be able to in time. as for your hips, the only thing i can think of is cramp.

i agree with trigger, you're probably not developed enough yet to ejaculate. that happens to a lot of us, some get it earlier and some don't. comepletely normal to have diversity, right?

what do you mean by feeling in your hips? that could mean pain, disorientation, good feeling, etc. you have to be more specific. tell us in a different way.
