Smiling can force your brain to think of happiness since smiling is what we do when happy. So if you need a boost, just smile. If not, know you are not alone when you look at the moon at night. Others see the same moon, know you're not alone and that you are awesome.

My friend Faith gave me a good laugh on the bus this morning which put me in a really good mood despite the amount of shit that's been handed to me, and I smiled a lot when I was around my friend, who recently just lost her dog. I was so happy to see her happy.
