RCA OPAL MP3 isn't working!

Ok the title explains itself.

My RCA OPAL MP3 isn't working. every time I go to turn it on it says "boot error! Please format"

I keep trying but it says there is nothing to format it. Do any of you guys have any suggestions or downloads?

If not then I'm going to buy a Phillips because this is the second time I have gotten an RCA OPAL and it has died on me because the computer killed it.

This is really good for RCA cause I want my money back :mad:

Yes but of course they won't do shit about it. My computer killed it. The supporst system is telling me what to do but when I do it, it never works.

RCA is a peice of shit company
