I used to have suicidal thoughts and unnoticed suicidal actions like pretending to slit my throat and sometimes saying 'I'm gonna die' when i'm embarrassed ... I didn't notice this at the time but now I do

I find it funny now since I don't have these suicidal feelings anymore... I fought them off I guess.. Woo! hahaha

But I just wanna know, What can I do to better my life after these suicidal feelings?

Be positive, look to the future, set yourself goals of where you want to get and achieve them, start living your life :)

I used to have suicidal thought myself! But i just began to see life differently, just start looking at things in a differnt view if something knocks you back you can only learn from the mistakes and become stonger for it.

Just look at life as though each day is a gift and live a little. I just hang out with friends in town, we do the stupidest things but i see it as a day well spent, dont take life for granted and make everyday worth it.
