My name is chris and recently i got in trouble with police and it was a sobbering expierencce and i was formally diagnosed with depression it didnt start with the police thing but my mum was an alcoholic druggy and my dad lives in spain and all this contributed to the depression i attempted hanging myself several times and i self harmed all the time because seeing the blood was a sort of release of pain. And i have now stopped self harming because i found ambition and found a meaning iin life although i have low self esteem i still found a reason to live and i want to help others with this illness as much as i can so:
