I have noticed that some boys legs are rounder or like bigger than mine. Has anyone else noticed that and will over the course of puberty will they get rounder or bigger.

Well, your legs (as the rest of your body) will grow during puberty! But some boys do more excerise so their leg muscle will get bigger through that
