I'm not sure if I'm bi or straight. Sometimes I have thoughts of doing things with other guys I know, but from my behavior in lockerrooms, restrooms, etc., I think I wouldn't go near that. In locker rooms or restrooms, my eyes tend to avoid looking at another male's parts. But, I'm not sure if my behavior will be the same if a girl showed me her parts.

I can easily watch gay porn, but when I watch straight porn, I tend to look away. This is because I think it will degrade my perception of women. I don't want to perceive them as sex objects. However, I can easily look at gay porn because guys seem to be addicted to sex naturally.

I do fancy some guys, but I don't think I can actually get into a lovey-dovey relationship; it's more like lust. I also tend to notice guys more than girls. With girls, I don't feel lust or strong sexual urges like with guys, I feel affection.

Does anybody else have this situation, any of these feelings?

About a year ago or two I've felt exactly like you mate.

Growing up always being a nice guy, always respect women and always felt not fit in with other guys' talking shit and commenting on girls. First time looking at the naked women body felt gross instead of attraction, and always feel uncomfortable to do so. Noticed some guys are physically attractive and felt some affection to girls. (But now looking back felt a bit denial and dishonest in that called affection.)

Now I identify as gay.

You could be bi-curious, but don't be quick to label yourself, reading what you wrote you don't seem overly attracted to either gender so just think about it and ask yourself, could I see myself with a male or female.

sounds to me like you're just curious. like Stronger said don't be quick to label yourself. go with the flow. later things might change then you can ask yourself if you can see yourself with a man or with a woman.

You sound like you could be bisexual heteroromantic. But you'd be the only one to know for sure.

I've gone through/still am going through the same thing. The thing that you need to understand is that you are in charge of your life. From the sounds of it you could be going through a bisexual phase. This is fine (I'm going through the same thing). Just do what you feel is right and don't let anyone try to tell you otherwise. You need to live YOUR life the way YOU want too. Hope this helps somehow. :)

I had never heard about that term. It's pretty much how I feel about me. I'm so confused.

Bisexual - attracted to both sexes sexually

Heteroromantic - attracted to only the opposite sex romantically.

I've felt this way since I started puberty (now I'm 17) and it's pretty hard to deal with this situation. You seem to have gone through it very good and without problem any at all, right?

Yes yes! I did search about it inmediately. I thought you were either hetero, gay, bisexual, pansexual or asexual, but "bisexual heteroromantic" is a whole new thing for me... Pretty close to how I feel tho.

Because that's usually the simplest way to label yourself and have somebody understand it.

Yes, I would say that I've gone through it good so far. I will be turning 16 on September 2. If you have any questions or need to talk about anything, I'm here and ready to listen/talk. :)
