Worried that's all I can explain my self as, all I do is worry and it keeps getting worse. It starts as a small thought then I'm gnawing at it for ages on end thinking. Thats what plays in some of the reason I cut I have loads of others but this one won't go away. I worry then I over think things which don't really matter like if I forgot a book I would be sitting and worrying what the teacher would do for ages to the point where I don't want to enter the class.
I worry then I assure myself that it's somehow my fault and that's when I get the urge to cut.
I just want to know if anyone has any ideas on how to make it subside :/

Just try and think happy thoughts. Cutting can be tempting
Just try and think of things that make you happy or that you can look forward to happening
Try distracting yourself :)

Whenever I find myself thinking about sth that could make me sad or evoke any emotion I tell myself NO, and start thinking about sth else or just daydreaming. Also I distract myself with music, movies, games or series. At first it wasn't easy just stopping the thoughts but after some time it became easier and now I can really take my mind of anything.
Just practice it, it will be easier at first with watching tv or reading but later you will be able to juat say NO to those thoughts.

Also, it is important to learn not to worry as much...try to relax a bit, say to yourself "it will pass", "it's nothing big", "everything will be fine".
At the end of the day what is the worst outcome when you for example forget your book? You could get an F maybe, or theacher could yell at you but so what...it's not the end of the world. Just think of the worst possible outcome, then say that it's not really that scary even if that happens and think of the evening when everything that you worried about that day will be over.

Hope I helped at least a bit

Try and calm down, think about a situation carefully, think of a logical outcome, lets run with forgetting your book, tell your teacher you forgot it and yeah perhaps they might be a little angry but you forgot something, everyone does it it's perfectly normal and not your fault, write on your hand 'book' so you'll remember it tomorrow, or write a list you carry with you of things to remember.
As for cutting urges things like PeopleDon'tCare said, or drawing or painting or anything really, whatever makes you happy and takes your mind away from it :hug3:
